Is there a cloak room for my belongings?The simple answer is no, but the bar has coat hooks on the wall by the bathroom facilities should anyone want to bring a cardigan or light coat for the evening. We have hired the entire venue, so only us and our guests will have access to the venue.

If I drive, can I leave my car overnight?Yes you can. Any cars left on site overnight are left at your own risk. All cars from our wedding must be collected by 10:00 Friday 9th August.

Does the venue bar take cash?No. The bar at the wedding venue is card only. The only cash the bar takes is for staff tips.

Is the wedding taking place outdoors?As long as we have good weather, the majority of our wedding will be spent outdoors. The wedding breakfast and evening entertainment will take place in the Kentish barn. All weather possibilities will be catered for—sun cream, blankets and umbrella's will be available onsite.

Can I bring a guest with me?Sadly, due to our wedding venue having a limitation on day guests, we have had to make some really difficult decisions with our invitees. Only those named on our invites are able to attend our wedding day.

What if I'm not feeling well?If at any point of the day you are feeling unwell, it is important that you tell any member of staff immediately. All senior members of staff are First Aid trained and are on hand to assist you with any medical needs you may have.

Is Preston Court wheelchair friendly?Preston Court wedding venue is situated on a working farm, with the majority of the ground being either gravel or grass. All of the amenities at the venue are ground level, and any access points that require ramps will be provided. If you are concerned about mobility, please do not hesitate to contact Jessica on her mobile: 07944 118224 and she will get any queries answered for you.

Is The Royal Harbour Brasserie wheelchair friendly?Sadly, due to the venues location and its physical structure, it does not have wheelchair access, nor have accessible bathrooms. If you have any concerns regarding mobility, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Stephen or Jessica prior to the event.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?We kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos during our ceremony. Our photographers will be on hand capturing those special shots, which will be shared with everyone at a later date. However, we encourage you to take as many snaps and videos as possible throughout the rest of our day.

Can the wedding venue book a taxi for me?Whilst the venue staff are super friendly helpful, it is recommended that you pre-book any taxi's ahead of attendance. The venue is situated in a quiet village and local taxi firms operate with only a few fleet vehicles. Therefore, taxi's are hard to come by last minute. Should you be let down by the company you have booked with, or decided to have a drink and are not able to drive, then a staff member will be able to provide you with a local taxi number. A list of local taxi numbers are framed on the bar at Preston Court, as well as the extensive list of local taxi firms provided on our webpage.

Is there disabled parking at Preston Court?The car parking area is situated at the entrance of the wedding venue, and is within short walking distance to main wedding area. The closest spaces can be reserved for those who are less mobile. Should anyone require closer access to the venue, please let us know in advance, so further arrangements can be made.

Is there parking at The Royal Harbour Brasserie?Whilst The Royal Harbour Brasserie does not have a dedicated car park, there are plenty of nearby parking spaces & car parks within a short-walking-distance from the venue.

Can I bring my child/children?Whilst we would have loved to have been able to extend our invites to children within our family & friendship circle, we simply do not have the capacity at our venue to do so, therefore only children who have a role to play throughout our day have been invited.

What about if I have any allergies?It is important that you RSVP via our webpage, and fill out the section where it asks about allergies. Our exceptional caters will ensure that the correct measures are in place to provide our guests who have specific allergies with the correct food throughout the day.

Do I get to pick my food?The simple is answer is no. Our fantastic catering team at Fern & Farrow has collaborated closely with us to craft a personalised menu for our entire day, covering every moment from start to finish. Rather than sticking to a traditional wedding breakfast with a three-course dinner, we've embraced an immersive feasting style of dining. Rest assured, we've taken care of all dietary requirements!

What is the itinerary for the day?We would love for their to be an element of surprise for all of our guests, so until the day arrives, we are going to be keeping the itinerary a secret!

If I am invited to the ceremony, what time do I need to be there?For any guests invited to the entire day, please arrive from 11:30am. You will be asked to take your seats for 12:00, so Jessica can arrive with her bridal party out of sight from friends, family & most importantly - Stephen. The ceremony will start at 12:30!

If I am invited as an afternoon guest, what time to do I need to be there?We would love for our afternoon guests to arrive from 17:00, so all of our afternoon guest can join us for dessert, drinks, games and dancing!

Will there be food in the evening at the wedding?The fabulous team from Fern & Farrow will be catering our entire day - including the evening. All dietary requirements and allergens will be catered for.

Will food be provided at The Royal Harbour Brasserie?We are going to be providing a buffet for everyone, on Friday 9th at The Royal Harbour Brasserie. It is important that you update us whether you can attend either, or both of our celebration days, so we are able to update the catering teams accordingly.
